House in Athens

Construction of a pergola with awning in a house in Athens. We created a unique room with perimeter glass walls that can be used throughout the year, offering absolute flexibility and comfort. On one side, the oval awning opens up, revealing the sky and creating a sense of outdoor freedom. On the other side, when closed, the space is fully sealed thanks to the PVC blackout fabric that provides perfect shading and the hidden drainage system that effectively removes water in case of rain.

The pergola with awning closes perimetrically with a single piece of glass, offering uninterrupted visibility and brightness without obstructing the view. This glass can be retracted to one side without causing any inconvenience, allowing easy adjustment of the space to suit the weather conditions and the needs of the occupants.

The combination of advanced technology and high aesthetics creates an ideal environment that offers comfort, protection, and luxury. The space can be used for various activities, from daily relaxation to social events, adding value and functionality to the home.
